FS Recruiting Team then adds accepted candidates from FS TechOps review/testing to TeamStation, to coordinate interviews, obtain client feedback, and move candidates to the next stage quickly.
The client selects the candidate for Technical Interviews and FS Recruiting Team then coordinates interviews between the Candidate and the client by setting up a video call.
The client interviews the candidate and then provides feedback into HyreRocket whether the candidate is accepted, rejected, or needs more interviews. All rejection feedback is automatically read by FS TechOps to calibrate with FS Recruiting department.
Upon candidate acceptance, the Operations team informs COO to generate a Total-Cost-Quote before extending an offer to the candidate. If the quote is accepted FS Extends the offer and reports back to the client upon the candidate accepting the offer.
Right after acceptance, FS Technical staff assigns a laptop to the candidate with all security instructions, employee handbooks, and Onboarding plans. The plan is carefully crafted and aligned to the Hiring Managers specifications, stakeholder guide contacts, and all communication channels to get up and running quickly.
Successful Ramp-ups are critical to getting resources into production quickly so a close observance period by the FS Delivery team is always recommended. They assist in monitoring and reporting progress until resource production capability is reached. Further evaluation and monitoring are provided in order to ascertain talent alignment to business objectives and continuous training is provided to further add value to the project.
